I need to add new course for the next academic year.
- Use Add/Update Course Catalog > Add a New Value. Please note, when you submit a new course, the effective date you enter must be the date when Axess opens for enrollment for the quarter for which it is being offered. For instance: Winter, 1154 would need the effective date of 10/26/2014; Spring 1156 would need 02/08/2015.

- Use Add/Update Course Catalog > Find an Existing Value
- Note: Make sure the Schedule Term Roll box is checked under the Offerings tab, this will allow the course to be rolled over to the next academic year.

- Use Update Class and (or) Facility webform
I need to add a discussion section on a class.
- Use Add Class > Basic Data > click on the (+) sign. When numbering new sections always place a zero in front of the number (02, 03).
I need my course to print in the Time schedule.
- Use Update Class and (or) Facility > Basic Data > check the Schedule Print box
I need to make a change on the room cap and/or enrollment cap on a course that has been scheduled.
- Use Update Class and (or) Facility > Enrollment Cntrl, or for immediate results you can use Curriculum Management > Schedule of Classes > STF Dept Schedule Class Mtgs > Enrollment Cntrl
I need to change the course enrollment status to Add or Drop Consent.

- Use Update Class and (or) Facility > Notes, or for immediate results use Curriculum Management > Schedule of classes > STF Dept Schedule Class Mtgs > Notes

- Use Update Class and (or) Facility > Exam tab
I need to add an alternate exam date for my course.
- Use Update Class and (or) Facility > In the Special Instructions box, provide a detailed message of the alternate exam request

- Use Update Class and (or) Facility > Meetings - Please refer to the Allowable Class Times/Days Schedule. If you have a schedule that is out of compliance be prepared to submit a petition for an exception prior to submitting your form to: [email protected]

My Instructor/TA is new to our department and I need to have him/her added to the instructor table.
- Send an email request to [email protected] and the scheduling team will add them to the PS table

- You would add an Instructor/TA to a course by logging into Axess > Curriculum Management >Schedule of Classes > STF Dept Schedule Class Mtgs

- Use Update Class and (or) Facility > Meetings > Click the (+) button, add the second meeting time
I need to verify the status of my webform request.
- Use View/Edit Class transactions for class related forms or Use View/Edit Course Transactions for course related forms.
